common questions.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Sign up, upload your own schedules and see every field extracted and the strats built. The trial runs for 14 days with unlimited tenancies and every feature. Bring the messiest schedule you have.
How much does ts fetch cost?
The trial is free for 14 days, with unlimited tenancies. Professional is £99 a month for one seat, with unlimited schedules. Team covers as many seats as you need, also with unlimited schedules, and is priced on a call.
What counts as a schedule?
One uploaded tenancy schedule, however many tenancies it contains. Schedules are unlimited on every plan, including the trial — the trial simply ends after 14 days.
What formats does ts fetch accept?
xlsx, csv and PDF, in whatever layout the schedule arrived, merged cells and all. There is no template and no reformatting before upload.
What does ts fetch produce?
A clean, normalised schedule covering tenant, unit, area, rent, lease dates and breaks, with the strats built on top: lease expiry profile, tenant concentration, WAULT and vacancy. Export to Excel or take it straight into your model.
How is the extraction checked?
Every extracted value stays linked to its source cell, and anything uncertain is flagged for review before it reaches your numbers. Nothing is taken on trust.
Is ts fetch secure?
Compliance is in progress, with SOC 2 certification currently underway. The trust centre at trust.efficura.com sets out the security posture of Efficura Solutions Ltd, the UK company that builds ts fetch.
